Marigrace McKay is OCM Advantage Consulting principal consultant.


With a career spanning more than two decades in leadership and talent development, and workplace learning, Ms. McKay has worked with several Fortune 50 companies where she expertly applied contemporary management and behavioral sciences.


Her career began with a heady federal systems foundation as a contract administrator and project analyst and manager with renowned firms Arthur D. Little, Booz|Allen|Hamilton (
boozallen.com), Lockheed, and MCI Telecommunications on large-scale, advanced application programs in Washington, D.C.

 
Following the completion of a master of science degree in management and organization behavior applied sciences at The Johns Hopkins University, Marigrace shifted to manufacturing management in durable and consumer goods (CPG) supply chain with leading global companies. She earned a bachelor of science degree in Economics, West Virginia University.


For a global food manufacturer, she designed and led the next-gen leadership development and people-change transformation in North America Operations Excellence (OpEx) PMO. This led to a planned, successful $Bb spin-off. She has since served on various projects and PMO teams in agile people-culture infrastructure systems, HR IT systems implementation and user (UX) education, organizational alignment, communications, and training and talent development.


Ms. McKay is a published author and a sought-after online contributor on leadership, workforce, and change management subjects. She also originated the Organization Dynamics and Maturity Assessment (ODMA). Her journey in Continuous Improvement began when she served as Examiner on the President's Quality Award (PQA) and Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Marigrace is recognized for uniuqely blending conventional human capital management with contemporary organization development (OD) for exceptional client results.
